We have a significant amount of company owned plant, machinery and scaffold which we can supply to any project we undertake.

Our work on each project includes preparatory research, expert advice on the solution that suits your job and budget, cost estimates, preparation of design drawings and help with the processing of grant approval if applicable to your project. 

We also offer a one stop shop of certificates of compliance for both design and construction in accordance with the new building control regulations 2014.

Passive House.

Grant Approval.

We are registered and approved by the SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland) to install grant aided measure's to improve the energy efficiency of your home or building.

 

Compliance With Building Control Regulations 2014.

On 1st. March 2014 new regulations came into place which increased the level of responsibility of designers and builders for their work. Designers and builders must now issue or sign certificates of compliance for their builings. We very much welcome these new regulations and at BDL we have always built in accordance with the building regulations. We can now offer a service to clients where we will provide a one stop shop for both design and construction certification and compliance with these new regulations.
